Who Came to Serve (Oct 13)
Teck and Roldare threw a two-day jam on the Northwest side and I had to make both days. Despite a terrible day 1 for photos, I salvaged day 2 and walked away with a few good ones.
Among the surprises this particular weekend was BBoy Damian from NYC. Although he was only 16 he battled like a seasoned veteran and had acrobatics for days. He and Magic won the 2v2, but Magic's experience clearly powered him through the 1v1 final.
The veteran, Waka from the Brickheadz, won the power tricks competition with a crazy array of skull busting tricks. Daze 1 was the master of the all-styles battle, despite some crazy competition from JFunky and JuicySweet (AKA Alchemist).
