Battle of the New Year 3 (Mar 16)
Battle of the new year was my first jam in over a month. It was also my first time to a battle at Taft HS. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the battle was actually really great. Props to the organizers.
In the end, Dystraktion won the shorty battle. he was a monster that reminded me of P-Nut (Self-X) back in the day. He had tricks and strength to go with some style. Kid Xtreme was also a nice surprise.
The main BBoy battle was won by Chikis and GP Slick of the Brickheadz. Congrats to them. I gotta admit, I thought Sketch and Vanilla Nice (Flowhio) beat 'em in the semi's though!
